Our Founder

Oksana Botha
My adventurous spirit has taken me across the globe. I apply myself with passion and enthusiasm to the work I do and love.
After growing up in Germany and starting my career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK where I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant, I’ve worked in Russia, the Cayman Islands and Cape Town before finally calling Johannesburg my home.
My portfolio included a mixture of blue-chip firms and small businesses across many industries including Service Organisations, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and Property. These 6 years audit & advisory followed by a further 8 years in commerce & operations build a solid understanding of end to end business processes, data analysis, good governance and best practices. I now apply my expertise to serve SME’s wanting to scale and implement robust ways of working.
